Taylor and Allison’s wedding at Corkscrew Weddings & Winery was nothing short of magical. As one of Southwest Florida’s newest wedding venues, it instantly proved to be the perfect backdrop for their elegant yet deeply personal day.

Getting Ready Moments Filled With Love

The day began with getting ready photos—capturing the anticipation and excitement in the air. Taylor shared a heartwarming first look with her dad, a moment filled with emotion and happy tears. Then, I joined Allison and her bridal party for her own getting ready photos, surrounded by laughter, joy, and the cutest heart-shaped bridal sunglasses that her girls wore for fun and stylish shots.

Their wedding details were beautifully thought out. I loved their vintage-inspired vow books, which added such a timeless touch. Taylor’s outfit was one of the most meaningful elements of the day—she wore a custom jumpsuit that had been hand-altered to include the top portion of her mom’s wedding dress. It was a stunning nod to family and tradition. And yes—Taylor even had her own adorable bridal cake!

Allison’s wedding dress was just as show-stopping—elegant, perfectly fitted, and truly reflective of her personal style.

A Ceremony by the Lake

The ceremony took place with the signature lake and fountain as the backdrop—romantic and serene. The black tie dress code elevated the entire look of the day, perfectly complementing the luxurious yet warm feel of Corkscrew Weddings & Winery. Taylor and Allison exchanged vows in front of family and friends, surrounded by so much love.

Effortless Bridal Portraits & Cocktail Hour Under the Pergolas

After the ceremony, we captured family photos and bridal party shots before moving into one of my favorite parts of any wedding—bridal portraits. This is always when couples relax, breathe, and simply enjoy each other. Taylor and Allison were effortlessly stunning and their connection was so natural. 

They rejoined guests just in time to enjoy the tail end of cocktail hour under the pergolas, sipping their signature drinks—Taylor’s Crown Blackberry Lemonade and Allison’s Cranberry Moscow Mule.

A Reception Under the Wine Bar Lights

The reception was set under the wine bar, glowing with romantic Edison lights. Heartfelt speeches and toasts had everyone teary-eyed. Guests enjoyed a delicious buffet-style dinner before moving back to the pergolas and dance floor for the evening’s festivities.

Taylor and Allison shared their first dance together, followed by emotional dances with their fathers. Once the dance floor opened, it was packed with guests celebrating late into the night. Think Chappel Roan & 

Sweet Endings by the Fire

The cake cutting was followed by a sweet surprise—a s’mores bar by the fire, curated by the venue coordinator. Guests gathered around the flames, roasting marshmallows and laughing together, adding the perfect cozy ending to an already incredible day.

Taylor and Allison’s wedding was the perfect combination of elegance, intimacy, and fun—a true reflection of who they are as a couple. Corkscrew Weddings & Winery proved to be the ideal venue for their celebration, and I feel so lucky to have captured every moment of it.
