Eve and Jordan’s proposal at the Ringling Museum was nothing short of timeless. From the banyan trees to the grandeur of the Ca’d’Zan, their love story unfolded against one of the most elegant backdrops Florida has to offer.

I met this beautiful couple unexpectedly in 2023 on the beach. I saw them taking iphone photos and decided to ask if they wanted photos taken (with my camera). Later that year, we did a fun New Year’s Eve session, capturing their love as they rang in the New Year. These two share such a sweet connection and i’m so grateful they chose me to capture it.

Fast forward to 2024—Jordan reached out to me with the sweetest message about his plan to propose to Eve. My jaw dropped and I truthfully jumped out of my chair and screamed “Eeeek, Jordan is proposing to Eve” to my husband. I was beyond honored (and so excited!) to help make it happen. He chose the Ringling Museum, which happens to be one of the most stunning spots in Florida for photos. From the iconic banyan trees to the grand Ca’d’Zan, every corner of the museum added something magical to their big moment.

Eve arrived for what she thought was just a photo session, completely unaware of the momentous event about to take place. A last-minute wardrobe change left her in a stunning satin white gown, which seemed destined for the occasion. The forecast had called for rain, but instead, the sun broke through, casting a glow over the entire moment as if nature itself was celebrating their love.

We began the session in the banyan tree section at the Ringling Museum, capturing some natural and relaxed shots. Then, we moved to the breathtaking Ca’d’Zan. I told Eve to face the water, while Jordan would sneak up behind her, and either lift her or hug her from behind. Instead, he tapped her on the shoulder, and as she turned around, he dropped to one knee and popped the question! It was the most intimate, heartfelt moment, and I feel so grateful to have witnessed and captured that precious time in their lives.

This day was not just a proposal—it was a celebration of a love. Eve and Jordan, thank you for letting me capture a moment that will remain timeless, just like your love. I can’t wait to see what is next for these two!
